Before placing your order, please be aware of the following:

• You must have already registered a domain name before placing your hosting order.  If you need to register a domain name, you can register one here.

• All orders will be verified before your account is setup so please include correct contact  information.

• Hosting accounts paid for with a valid credit card will be setup within 24 hours after we verify your contact information.  Check orders will not be setup until we receive your payment.

• If you have more then one account to setup, please setup your first account, that you want to be your main account, here.  Then once your account is setup, you can add extra accounts through the control panel.

• We will automatically extend your billing period once your current payment term expires unless you cancel your account before that date.  We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

• Please read our Acceptable use Policy (AUP) for guidelines as to what we allow and do not allow on our hosting servers.  If you violate our AUP, your account will be immediately terminated without notice and you will not be entitled to a refund.
